True Value Hardware Store

This 24,000 SF project involved the renovation of a former big box grocery space into a neighborhood hardware store. In addition to the updated finishes and other interior improvements, extensive exterior construction was completed adding the “pitched roof facade” that is a design trademark for True Value stores.
