Spectrum Dermatology & Outpatient Surgery Center

This project was a renovation and expansion of a former stand-alone restaurant into a new, State-of-the-Art Outpatient Surgery Center and Clinic in Chandler. We performed a complete gut of the former restaurant and expanded the building, including an entrance canopy.
