Planet Fitness

Integrity Building Corp is responsible for the complete demolition and renovation of 42 fitness gymnasiums for Planet Fitness throughout Arizona. These tenant improvements range in size from 21,000 to 26,000 SF each. The projects involve installing all new electrical and HVAC systems, as well as new restrooms, showers, and locker rooms. All finishes were replaced including plumbing and electrical fixtures, flooring, millwork, and paint according to Planet Fitness standards.
