An adaptive re-use project of an existing 61,000 SF with a 4,500 SF addition to a building with preservation of historical components. The project included the following main areas: Fabrication and industrial area, Warehouse storage areas, office spaces including open floor work spaces and meeting rooms with high end finishes. Scope included upgraded mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
