This project involved the 1,779SF tenant improvement of a grey shell space into a Class A office space for a wealth management firm.  
The build out included new offices, open work stations, waiting and reception areas, conference room, library, break room and rest rooms. All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were installed.
