This project was a complete interior demolition of an existing 9,500 SF call center space in North Scottsdale. The building then was split into two new spaces, Epic Surgery Center (6,900SF) and a clinic space (2,600SF). The space consists of two Class-C Cath Labs, seven recovery beds, lobby/waiting area, and a large nurse's station with two pairs of hand wave operated double doors leading to the Sterile Corridor housing the Cath Labs and Control/Equipment rooms.
