HonorHealth Shea MRI Design-Build

This 2,034 SF design-build renovation transformed a decommissioned MRI lab into a fully modernized imaging suite. The project included installation of a new RF shield and MRI door to meet current imaging standards, a new accessible patient restroom, and upgraded control, equipment, and patient holding areas in compliance with FGI guidelines. Interior finishes were refreshed throughout, and new rooftop units, an air-cooled chiller, and screened rooftop enclosures were added to support system performance and maintain architectural continuity. Comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and structural upgrades ensured the suite meets all operational and safety requirements.
